COTTAGE ONE

Cottage One offers contemporary styling and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. The spacious living area opens onto two patios, each designed to make the most of the surrounding mountain setting.

The main patio features a covered roof with lighting, outdoor dining area, comfortable lounge seating and a built-in braai with chimney, making it an ideal gathering space during the warmer months. During winter, the sheltered rear patio provides a sunny and protected spot to relax.

Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. One features a king-size bed and the other two single beds. Both have en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower.

The third bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and contains two single beds with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The open-plan living area comprises a dining space, comfortable lounge, television and fireplace.

A shaded carport accommodates two vehicles.
